This English text is a translation provided for convenience. The Arabic terms are the governing version.
- Amounts paid are non-refundable. A paid service may be exchanged for other services in line with the complex's policies.
- A client may purchase more than one offer, or several sessions of the same offer, provided all sessions are used within a maximum of six months from the invoice date.
- Where a client provides the complex with their details — name, telephone number and email — by submitting a booking request through the website, the complex may use those details in future to send its offers and marketing campaigns, in line with applicable regulations.
- The client in whose name and file number the invoice was issued is entitled to the service, and may transfer it to another person provided both parties attend together at the time of transfer.
- A package offer invoice may be used by a maximum of two people, with the sessions recorded against the invoice number split across two medical files.
- All offers may be paid in instalments through Tasheel Finance, subject to that finance company's own terms and conditions.
- Offer prices do not include VAT for non-Saudis.
- The service must be used within six months from the date the offer was purchased.
- No additional discounts may be applied to offer prices.
- Insurance and other discounts are not included within the offers.
- Where a client has paid a package in full — a laser package or any other — and used some of the sessions at one branch, they may transfer the remaining sessions to another branch to complete them, on payment of that offer's consultation fee.
- For full-body laser offers, the offer includes the face, provided the same device used for the body is used.
- For area-based laser offers, the areas are: bikini, underarm and face, or the areas covered are stated clearly in the offer's own details; the three areas are provided within a single session.
- Full-body laser offers do not cover men. Offers for men are set out separately where available.
- Where any matter or circumstance is not covered by these offer terms and conditions, the general terms and conditions for services provided by Community Health Medical Complex apply.
Dentistry offers
- The dentistry offer applies with licensed general dentists, and does not apply with specialist doctors.
- A specialist doctor may accept the offer or decline to apply it, according to their diagnosis of the medical case and the treatment it requires.
- The "cash" orthodontics offer is for simple cases with a treatment period of six months to one year.
- Orthodontics offers do not include retainers of any kind after treatment ends.
- The dental cleaning offer covers scaling for simple cases only. The price differs where the case requires additional procedures or treatment, or falls outside a simple case.
